1. Our services
RitamAI offers non-technical AI-literacy workshops and courses, curriculum support, and related consultancy for parents, teachers, students, and institutions. Specific details — such as content, format, schedule, duration, and price — are described on the relevant workshop or course page at the time of booking. Our services are for general educational purposes and are not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
2. Eligibility & registration
Our Website and registration are intended for adults. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. If you register or book on behalf of another person — including your child or a participant in your care — you confirm that you are authorised to do so and accept these Terms on their behalf.
3. Bookings, fees & payment
Prices for our workshops and courses are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway, Razorpay. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received and we send you a confirmation. We may change prices for future bookings at any time, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.
4. Workshop delivery & changes
Our workshops and courses may be delivered online or in person (offline), as specified for each offering at the time of booking. You are responsible for arranging your own attendance — including travelling to and from the venue for in-person sessions — and for ensuring you have any devices, software, and a stable internet connection required to participate. We aim to deliver each workshop as described, but we may need to reschedule, modify, or, in rare cases, cancel a session. If we do, we will notify you and, where applicable, offer a transfer or credit in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellations, credits, and transfers are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Acceptable use & participant conduct
When using the Website or attending our sessions, you agree to behave respectfully and not to disrupt the experience of others. You may not record, reproduce, share, or redistribute any part of a workshop or its materials without our prior written permission. We may remove or refuse a participant who behaves abusively or dishonestly, breaches these Terms, disrupts the proceedings of a workshop or course, or hinders the tutor’s teaching or other participants’ learning process — and in serious cases without a refund or credit.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Website and in our workshops and courses — including curricula, syllabi, handbooks, prompt libraries, slides, text, graphics, the RitamAI name, and logo — is owned by or licensed to RitamAI and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. When you enrol, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use the materials we provide for your own learning. You may not resell, republish, distribute, or use them commercially without our written consent.
8. Your content
If you submit information to us — for example, through a form or our website chat — you confirm it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You grant us permission to use that information to respond to you and to provide our services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Third-party services & links
We rely on third-party providers (such as Razorpay for payments, Zoho for chat, and Google for analytics) and our workshops may refer to third-party AI tools and websites. Your use of those tools and services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
10. Disclaimers
Our services are provided for educational and informational purposes. AI tools are provided by third parties and change frequently; we do not control them and do not guarantee any particular result, outcome, or benefit from attending a workshop or course. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RitamAI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website or our services, and our total liability in connection with any workshop or course will not exceed the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold RitamAI harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Website or our services, or your breach of these Terms.
13. Privacy
Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a revised date, and your continued use of the Website or our services after that means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or withdraw access to the Website or our services, in whole or in part, at any time — for example, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
16. Force Majeure
RitamAI will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where this is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, fire, flood, earthquake, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental action or restrictions, strikes, or the failure of utilities, power, internet, or telecommunications. If such an event prevents or delays a workshop, we will, where reasonable, reschedule it or offer you credit in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
17. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in relation to them.
